Ivanti has confirmed there is a known issue, with the Asset Scanner Role Missing, that affects the current cloud HEAT ISM Production Tenant, version 2020.3.0.2020082801 @ Built On 2020/08/28 UTC Deployed On 2020/09/18 12:15:15 UTC
The Asset Scanner role that is used with the handheld Android Asset Scanner Device and Ivanti Asset Manager Android Mobile Application is not available in the list of available roles in the production tenant. STG and UAT Tenants appear unaffected.
Ivanti Dev Problem (75743) is scheduled to be fixed in Ivanti Service Manager | Service Update #2.
Ivanti Development/Operations are working to get that update deployed as soon as possible.
