How many Ivanti Consultants and Developers do you need for your ITSM Project?
Ivanti Projects have a way of ballooning with just too many chefs in the kitchen. Arguably too many Sous-Chefs, more specifically an account manager, customer service manager, project manager, senior consultant, junior consultants, and junior developers. I've seen governments require less resources!
ChatGPT and ITSM
Before ChatGPT, going back many years, back when I was implementing software products such as HEAT for Windows, HEAT ITSM, and Ivanti Service Manager, the predecessors of Ivanti Neurons for ITSM, as well as Saleslogix CRM and Remedy, there was actually another way to produce similar results. That is with keywords, full-text indexing, and some crafty design & development to produce the correct Knowledge Articles and FAQs. Sure the interface is different but the result is the same, and arguably better because you can target specific keywords to specific results.

ITSM began with the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), which provides best practice guidance and an extensive set of processes and policies for improving IT service delivery and customer satisfaction. Trust the Process
Over 2 decades with HEAT Consulting, Business Analysis, and Project Management have taught me and reinforced, is that the customer isn't always right and neither is the consultant. Looking at who is right is wrong! Instead of building a law case and looking to disprove one another, everyone needs to TRUST THE PROCESS.
UAT Test Script Case Example
One of the biggest issues with writing UAT test cases, is knowing where to start and insisting on using the software. The fact is, you do not need access to Ivanti Service Manager (ISM, powered by HEAT IT Service Management) and in fact it is encouraged not to use ISM at all when devising UAT Test Scripts.
